OziExplorerCE und ECW Maps

OziExplorerCE uses a special image format which provides faster loading and better zooms, an image conversion utility is provided with OziExplorerCE. Maps in ECW format can also be used without conversion.

Ich bekomme es nicht hin eine ECW Map im aktuellen OziExplorerCE zu oeffnen. Map-Pfad ist eingetragen, es wird aber keine meiner ECW Maps (geogr. Lat/Lon WGS84) angezeigt. Hat das einer von Euch schonmal hinbekommen ?

Afaik muss du die ECW-Karte in OziExplorer (PC) importieren, dabei wird dann eine *.map-Datei erzeugt.
Diese zusammen mit der ECW-Karte auf die SD-Karte kopieren und in OziCE auswaehlen.

Muesste funzen.

richtig. habe ich inzwischen auch herausbekommen. Die Werbeaussage ist da leicht irrefuehrend. Bei Twonav kann ich eine beliebige ECW einfach so oeffnen...
